Body filler at ARTNER Cheongdam (바디필러) is hyaluronic acid (HA) injection for body volume enhancement. Is body filler painful?
Pain is moderate, well-managed: (1) Topical anesthetic applied 30 min before; (2) Filler product contains lidocaine; (3) Optional injection-site cooling; (4) Some discomfort during injection (especially deep injection); (5) Mild bruising/swelling 3-7 days. No prolonged pain. Most patients return to normal activity same day. Avoid hot saunas, pools, intense exercise 1 week. Some areas (hip dip, calf) more painful than others (face, arms).
